“Both bring an in-depth knowledge of the industry and a passion to support 3Gtms’ impressive trajectory,” said Jerry Rau, COO of 3Gtms. “Our customers tell us that the combination of 3Gtms’s superior solution design and commitment to 100% customer delight are the key factors in their decision to choose and stay with us; the addition of Mike and Claudio will strengthen those relationships even further.”

In his newly created role, Michael’s primary focus will be ensuring that 3Gtms’ core objective, superior customer service, is upheld and that customer challenges are effectively met with 3Gtms’ TMS solution.
