The Connecticut Technology Council offers an Insurance and Employee Benefits Program to help its members obtain the targeted business insurance, health care and employee benefits solutions they need to stabilize escalating costs, attract and retain key staff and meet statutory requirements.

Program partners include the Health Consultants Group, a total employee benefits agency and Wellstone Insurance and Key Bank for a variety of business insurance needs.

“Obtaining quality business insurance, health care and employee benefits programs – while keeping costs in check – is a common challenge for today’s technology companies,” notes Bruce Carlson, President and CEO of the CTC. “We feel it is our responsibility to provide services and solutions that can help members address these problems head on. We also want to give our members access to resources that we trust, and that have a sound track record serving the Connecticut technology community.”

A core goal of CTC’s Insurance Benefits Program is to help member companies stabilize their spiraling health insurance costs using innovative practices like consumer-driven health care and wellness and disease management. All program partners will collaborate and host webinars in order to provide companies and their employees with the information they need to make sound business insurance and employee benefits decisions.

The CTC Benefits Program is available to all CTC members, regardless of size.
A consultation is available to non-members as well, but the non-member
will be required to join to receive any discounts.
