New Accelerator Program Set To Launch Women-Led Connecticut Business into Scalability

Connecticut will soon be home to a new business accelerator program set to debut later this summer.  Westport’s The Refinery is geared towards rapidly growing and scaling local ventures that have women in leadership roles.  The program will run for six weeks this fall, led by a strong team of experienced mentors and a core team of advisers including founder Janis Collins, an Entrepreneur in Residence at CTNEXT and Startup Adviser at the Stamford Innovation Center.

Ten companies will be chosen to participate in this fall’s accelerator.  If you are a part of a Connecticut-based, woman-led company, you should apply for this exciting opportunity. Applications are due June 15th and the selections will be made by July 15th.

For more about this great program, visit their website, or contact The Refinery by email.
