We often hear about the strategies and breakthroughs that led accomplished scientists and business executives on the path to success. How about the mistakes made along that same path? True leaders are built through challenges and adversity.
Join us for an engaging and informal in-person discussion on accepting failure and transforming it as a valuable learning opportunity. In this interactive session, CTC members share their own stories of stumbling and reframing their mistakes as stepping stones to growth and innovation.
