Stamford advertising firm wins technology award

STAMFORD – Digital advertising firm MediaCrossing earned the top award Tuesday at a ceremony in Wallingford as the fastest-growing technology business in Connecticut, in a program run by the Connecticut Technology Council and professional services firm Marcum LLP. As the 10th anniversary Marcum Tech Top 40 winner, Stamford-based MediaCrossing has charted striking growth since its 2012 founding. Its revenues increased by nearly 300 percent last year, and it is on track to record similar growth in the next two years. The company does not provide specific numbers for earnings. MediaCrossing also won in the new media, internet and telecommunications category.
